From simple static animations to sleek custom-designed stream decks that'll elevate your streaming experience, I'm here to turn your vision into reality.
As part of BFF.fm's extraordinary decade-long journey in community radio, we marked this significant milestone with a series of eight unforgettable shows featuring nine DJs at five diverse San Francisco locations. It was an exhilarating adventure, and I played a central role in co-designing and crafting animations using Adobe After Effects. These animations added a distinctive and visually captivating layer to BFF's broadcasts, enhancing the viewer experience and contributing to a truly memorable celebration of our community radio's legacy.
NiteTide.Fm is an electrifying radio station pioneered by the talented DJ Woah Nelliee. We embarked on an exciting venture when to crafted a tailor-made stream deck. This cutting-edge addition has revolutionized her ability to promote and share her SoundCloud series, 'NiteTide.Fm,' with the vibrant Twitch community. Our collaboration marks a harmonious blend of artistic vision and innovation, creating a dynamic platform that amplifies her musical odyssey. It's an exhilarating journey that showcases the transformative power of technology in the world of music and broadcasting, and I'm proud to have been a part of it.
In my role as a creator and collaborator at Helen Street MixR, I've had the privilege of working closely with Adam Dowling, the event's dedicated organizer, for four years. Initially, Dowling hosted annual self-funded shows in his West Oakland backyard, spotlighting local musicians and artists while nurturing creativity and community. However, the onset of COVID-19 presented new challenges that required us to adapt. In June 2020, we successfully launched our first virtual show via Zoom, which also marked my debut in stream deck design. Over time, I undertook the task of updating the initial version, giving it a sleek and modern makeover to enhance the viewer's experience.
